Bullying is generally defined as a repeated, intentional act that causes harm to others, and may involve verbal harassment, verbal or non-verbal threats, physical assault, stalking, or other methods of coercion such as manipulation, blackmail, or extortion. We take bullying very seriously at Eastern. Before you can submit a report of bullying you must certify that this is a true and accurate accounting of an incident you witnessed by checking the box below.
